Hi, I'm Finn. Do you remember what it was like when you held your very first Tamagotchi in your hands? For me, it was when I was 11 years old, and the magic of that small, pixelated screen has never truly let go of me since.
My journey as a collector has been anything but straight. There were years when the hobby faded into the background and phases where I thought I was "over it." But the truth is: you don't outgrow things that truly mean something to you. The fascination for these little virtual companions has always slumbered deep inside me and ultimately brought me back.
Out of this passion, TamaTown was born. It is my passion project. I wanted to create a dedicated space where we can celebrate our love for detail and the pure joy of Tamagotchis together.
TamaTown is not a dry encyclopedia. It's not about hoarding endless knowledge. There are already great English wikis for that. TamaTown sees itself more as a Community Gate: A warm hub for all of us who love these little creatures above all else.
This place is all about togetherness and exchange. To keep you up to date and make you feel at home, we have the following areas for you:
Whether you love the nostalgic clicking of 90s devices or celebrate the brilliant color displays of the latest generation: TamaTown is a place without pressure, without rush, and without judgment. A safe haven where we treat each other with respect and enjoy the blend of nostalgia and technology together.
Great to have you on our journey!
